Using the layouts I had experimented with for the invitation, I explored inserting a background image to the poster. It worked really well with the type and after fading the image down a little looked perfect.

Just a quick visual of how the mannequins may look like in the proposal

To illustrate our idea for a fedrigoni paper fashion exhibition we wanted to visualise several examples of what could be featured. This will be included in the proposal for the exhibition alongside several other designs. The designs themselves are Meryem's illustrations that I've traced over in illustrator and made several amendments and then added colour.

Final type choices

From the group of typefaces I put together I've chosen these 3. Mrs Eaves, perpetua and bell mt are all sophisticates serifs suit the look and atmosphere we're trying to achieve.
