Product - Range - Distribution // Rationale

RATIONALE//

Through critically analysing each brief I came up with the idea that I wanted to do something that included branding and the subject of literature. Literature has always been a subject of interest for me, I excelled at it in school at GCSE level right through to A level, and I would like to apply my graphic design skills in some way to a form of literature. So I've decided that I'm brand a new publishing house but with a twist, they specialise in contemporary and conceptual publishing and not just the standard book form. I want to design a brand that carry the message of the company and it's ethos of 'breaking the book'. I've tried to make this brief sound as realistic as possible by building a background for the publishers. 

I want to produce a project that has a good deal more content that my previous solutions to briefs, I might be setting myself a too big of a task but I want to produce alongside the branding, promotional material, the first edition of a quarterly publication that showcases they're releases and upcoming work and design several proposals for content for the publication.
